Overview
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Kagibag. They apply when you visit Kagibag, create an account, organize an event, buy or claim a ticket, check in, use attendee tools, sponsor or exhibit at an event, or use any related Kagibag service.
By using Kagibag, creating an event, publishing an event page, registering for an event, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you use Kagibag for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these Terms.
Kagibag’s role
Kagibag provides software for event pages, ticketing, checkout, attendee management, check-in, sponsor and booth workflows, marketing tools, analytics, and related services. Event organizers are responsible for their events, including event content, venue access, admission decisions, schedules, speakers, safety, refunds beyond Kagibag defaults, taxes, and legal compliance.
Kagibag is not the organizer of events unless we clearly say so. We may help process payments, send communications, host pages, and provide tools, but that does not make Kagibag responsible for the event itself.
Accounts, tickets, and checkout
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Ticket availability, prices, fees, taxes, discounts, and seat limits may change until checkout is complete.
- When you complete checkout, you authorize the charge shown and agree that Kagibag and its payment processors may process the payment.
- Tickets, confirmations, QR codes, and receipts may be delivered electronically. You are responsible for bringing required identification, proof of purchase, or eligibility documents if an organizer requires them.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers must provide accurate event information, honor tickets sold or issued through Kagibag, handle attendee questions, run the event safely and lawfully, and comply with laws covering consumer protection, accessibility, privacy, taxes, refunds, marketing, venues, permits, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
If an organizer adds their own terms, privacy policy, refund policy, or event rules, those terms apply between the organizer and attendees so long as they do not conflict with these Terms or the law. If an organizer leaves legal links blank, Kagibag’s default policies are shown publicly.
Event admission and conduct
Organizers may set event rules, check identification, refuse admission, remove attendees, change schedules, or cancel sessions when needed for safety, capacity, legal compliance, or event operations. Kagibag may also restrict platform access to protect users or the service.
You must follow event rules, venue rules, and applicable law. Do not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, stalk, spam, scrape, interfere with security, misuse badges or QR codes, or disrupt an event or the platform.
Sponsors, exhibitors, and booth leads
Sponsors, exhibitors, and booth staff may use Kagibag to collect leads, scan badges, manage booth activity, and communicate with people who choose to interact with them. They are responsible for using those leads lawfully and honoring required consent, unsubscribe, and privacy obligations.
Attendees should expect their information to be shared with a sponsor or exhibitor when they intentionally scan, submit a form, share a badge, or otherwise request follow-up from that sponsor or exhibitor.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not use Kagibag for illegal, deceptive, harmful, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not upload malware, attack the platform, bypass access controls, scrape without permission, overload systems, or reverse engineer Kagibag except where law allows.
- Do not misrepresent events, prices, availability, affiliations, refunds, sponsors, speakers, credentials, or attendee eligibility.
- Do not sell personal information, spam attendees, or use event data in ways that violate privacy law or your notices to attendees.
User content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit, such as event descriptions, images, speaker details, sponsor content, messages, forms, and profile information. You give Kagibag permission to host, copy, display, process, transmit, and adapt that content as needed to provide, protect, improve, and promote Kagibag and the event.
You must have the rights needed to submit content to Kagibag. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights or violates law. Kagibag’s software, brand, design, and technology remain Kagibag’s property.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Kagibag collects and uses information. Organizers, sponsors, and exhibitors may have additional privacy obligations for information they collect or receive through events.
Payments, fees, and refunds
Payments may include ticket prices, platform fees, payment processing fees, taxes, and other charges shown at checkout. Refund rules are explained in our Refund Policy and any valid organizer policy shown before checkout.
Chargebacks, payment failures, suspected fraud, or abuse may lead to canceled tickets, suspended accounts, withheld payouts, or additional verification.
Disclaimers
Kagibag is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to provide a reliable platform, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free features, specific event outcomes, attendee turnout, sponsor results, revenue, or that every event will happen as described.
Kagibag does not control organizer-run events, venues, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, attendees, weather, travel, or third-party services. Use judgment before attending an event or relying on event information.
Liability limits and indemnity
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kagibag and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, event disruption, or lost business opportunities.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kagibag’s total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to Kagibag for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or 100 USD if no amount was paid.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kagibag, organizers, and their teams from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your event, your content, your attendees, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of Kagibag.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update Kagibag, change features, add or remove functionality, or update these Terms. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to give notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, cancel orders, pause payouts, or limit features if we believe it is needed to protect Kagibag, organizers, attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, the public, or legal compliance.
