I’m interested in what makes people trust an organization: what it stands for, how it shows up, and whether the experience inside actually matches the story it tells outside. That question has taken me across brand, culture, partnerships, and operations. At EY, I spent nearly four years helping scale a national neurodiversity practice across five offices. My work went beyond programs and policies. It was about building an identity people wanted to be part of, translating values into the employee experience, and creating the systems and rituals that made that identity real as the practice grew. Today, I run operations at Overdrive, an AI intelligence studio working with organizations across venture capital, healthcare, and sales. I’ve helped build the company from the inside out: shaping how we operate, how we talk about ourselves, how our culture shows up, and how we build relationships with clients and partners as we grow. Through Stratego Solutions, I work alongside founders and leadership teams on the same challenge from different angles: clarifying what they stand for, strengthening their culture, building strategic relationships, and creating the operating infrastructure to support growth. Increasingly, I’m interested in the space between brand and culture. Brand is the story an organization tells the world. Culture is whether people experience that story as true. Partnerships, leadership, and increasingly AI all influence the trust between the two. That’s the space I like building in.
